Interesting ... and logical information ...

We face some of those issues here in Georgia and in my county specifically. Although, our issues are a little different than what you are facing in your county and they are centered around the Republicans who dominate our local/county which is fine by me…for the record, am a Libertarian and have no dog in this hunt but I vote…suffice to say, we are dominated by a Republican cabal, known locally as the Club who dominate our local county commission and these cabalists/ Club cats and kitties do not listen or acknowledge our concerns ever when it comes to unchallenged GROWTH AND TRAFFIC concerns…

jest sayin’

Sounds like the RINOS have things locked up to their liking in your spot. Also looks like they might very well be making deals with Democrats behind the scenes to lose on purpose. Could there be dark money behind it all? We all know "the love of money is the root of all evil."

My question was, and still is: WHEN WILL WE GET PISSED OFF ENOUGH TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS?????

They are slowly strangling our rights. Soon it will be too late to act

@Rich Are you on Committee? www.precinctstrategy.com

So who should we vote for to fill these positions?

Donna E.'s avatar

Definitely avoid voting for the current "leadership" team....

Excellent piece, Ada Nestor! We need a challenger!

We will not survive the same wrong-headed approaches, with the same gate-keepers and controllers still in place. And now that you've exposed the situation to the light, I can't wait to see the retaliatory actions this will engender, if left unchallenged.

US vs the Uniparty's avatar

The US PARTY runs on 7/8s consensus (backed up with sortition, i.e., randomly choosing a nominee from all willing candidates)with nominees pledging to vote to rescind all laws, rules and regulations that lack 7/8s support of the pertinent constituency. We need to get back to the democratic processes of Ancient Athens that were designed to keep the riffraff from running things into the ground (like they're doing everywhere today). Can't get more grassroots than that.
