The Epstein Files Hoax: Stagecraft, Not Justice
Ada Nestor | My Reflections from the Edge
I have demanded justice for so long it feels endless. I begged people to care seven years ago. But here we are again, forced to fight the same deceptive narrative, year after year. Meanwhile, real work is happening, Trump’s team is rescuing children, doing hard justice in the field, even while Congress performs theater.
Let’s walk through what this is, and what it isn’t.
The Fast-Tracked Outrage: Media’s Epstein Spikes
Google Trends shows a clear, exhausting cycle: silence, spikes driven by media buzz, and silence, always on their terms.
January 2019 – Herald Breaks the Story
The Miami Herald’s Perversion of Justice investigation blew Epstein’s sweetheart deal open. Democracy Now followed, ramping up the narrative that brought Trump’s DOJ into action.

January 2020 – Scandal Recycling, No Real News
Searches spiked on headlines, MIT taking Epstein donations, Prince Andrew’s non-cooperation, 60 Minutes questioning the autopsy, victim lawsuits, all recycled except no fresh revelations.
And notice the timing. A new Presidential Election year, and a population desperate to rid themselves of Trump. Notice the pattern?

CBS: 60 Minutes on the autopsy
January 2024 – Vanity Fair & TIME Blitz
This spike didn’t happen in a vacuum. It came right at the start of the presidential election season, where every political storyline can shift the narrative advantage. It was January 2024, exactly when primaries were heating up. The manipulation is obvious.
Time and Vanity Fair timed their “unsealed Epstein documents” features to incite outrage just as Trump was capturing headlines. Instead of letting the primary season play out on voters’ terms, the media intervened, turning Epstein into their weapon of choice, aimed squarely at Trump's renewed political momentum.

July 2025 – WaPo Goes “Exclusive”
The last big spike came in July 2025, and it followed the same script we’ve seen before. First, a wave of social media “fury”, dozens of influencers suddenly posting coordinated outrage about Epstein, priming the algorithm and driving the conversation into the feeds. Then, right on cue, The Washington Post dropped its big “exclusive.”
Boom. Search interest explodes. Headlines everywhere. And within a week? Silence.
No new names. No new revelations. Just another cycle of manufactured outrage timed perfectly between influencer campaigns and mainstream media release.
The “Epstein Files” Illusion
For nearly two decades, people searched “Epstein,” but never “Epstein files” or “Trump Epstein files”, until the media created that frame in 2024–2025. Victims teased releasing names, and recanted. No new names. No new facts. Just another manufactured hook.
As I said in Forest for the Trees:
“Everyone’s obsessed with Epstein again. But nothing new is happening. The outrage is artificial.”
The data is clear.
The Cover-Up Claim Is Absurd
It’s wild to accuse the government of hiding anything when over 30,000 Epstein-related files are already online, right in the public domain for anyone to review. These aren’t rumored. These are interviews, transcripts, evidence, posted and available, even as the media pretends they’re hidden.

They scream “cover-up” while the documents sit there in plain sight.
Who Actually Brought Epstein Down
Let’s set the record straight:
2008: Epstein would never have been prosecuted without Trump’s cooperation. Listen Here.
2019: Trump’s DOJ brought him down once again. Read here.
That’s the reality. And that’s why the narrative game being played now is so twisted.
And yet, instead of acknowledging that record, Congress stages another distraction
Legislative Theater: The Epstein Files Transparency Act
While folks like us continue crying out for justice, Congress is grift-performing instead of governing.
Survivors demanded the Epstein Files Transparency Act, targeting DOJ to release all unclassified documents in 30 days.
Yet this week, the House Oversight Committee released 33,000 more pages, interviews and court transcripts.
This is optics, nothing more. A performance that again conflates justice with a spotlight.
Real Justice Is Happening—Not In Headlines, But in Rescued Lives
Here’s what actually shows me real results, not staged drama:
Trump admin, not theater, is rescuing children. Tom Homan himself reported that officials located and rescued more than 13,000 unaccompanied migrant children who would have otherwise been lost under Biden’s lackadaisical system.
New York Post: 13K children rescued
That’s concrete. That’s action. That’s justice, for children, not headlines.
The Playbook
Here’s how the scam is running:
Congressional theater: Push bills that mimic action but deliver none.
Media framing: Pump recycled scandal into fake mountains out of molehills.
The cycle: Silence → Media Spike → Silence.
Meanwhile: Real work is done quietly, rescuing children, redirecting resources, offering hope.
The Takeaway
I want justice. I’ve yelled for it for years. This manufactured outrage accomplishes nothing.
Meanwhile, real children are being saved under Trump’s administration. That’s the difference between performative justice and actual justice in action.
Let’s be honest: the system is trying to rebrand Trump as the guilty party, but the facts show he’s the only one who actually took meaningful steps when it mattered.
That’s the part they’ll never say out loud: Trump didn’t protect Epstein. He stopped him. Twice.
