Preparing for the Political Storm of the Century
The President just declared a crime emergency in Washington, D.C.
To the media, this is about “street crime.” To anyone paying attention, it looks a lot more like preparing for the political storm of the century.
The Numbers Game
On July 18, 2025, NBC4 Washington reported that a D.C. police commander was suspended for allegedly changing crime statistics, with the police union claiming the directive to reclassify offenses came from command staff.
So when critics scoff at the President’s emergency declaration and point to “declining crime rates,” they’re leaning on numbers we now know may have been manipulated to make the city look safer than it really is.
If the real numbers were revealed, without the benefit of cooked classifications, the picture of D.C.’s safety would be far darker.
Why This Matters
Washington, D.C. is not just another city. It’s the nerve center of the federal government. If it’s plagued by crime and fear, the entire functioning of our nation’s leadership is at risk.
Federal employees, visiting dignitaries, and ordinary citizens should be able to move freely without looking over their shoulder.
And these numbers are shocking.
The Real Play
The forces working against the will of the people don’t win with open debate or honest elections. They rely on intimidation, mob violence, and even cartel muscle to keep power and send messages.
When unrest benefits them, liberal mayors allow it to unfold.
Police told to stand down.
Prosecutors dropping charges.
Repeat offenders back on the streets.
It’s not incompetence, it’s strategy. Chaos is the only weapon they have left when their narratives are collapsing.
What’s Coming

Under the Home Rule Act, the President can federalize D.C.’s police during emergencies. By declaring a crime emergency now, before the unrest starts, he accomplishes three things:
1. Secures federal operations so the government keeps functioning.
2. Establishes clear command and control over D.C.’s police.
3. Prevents local interference from leaders who would rather see chaos spiral.
This move removes the “stand down” option from the playbook. No mayor to tie officers’ hands. No prosecutor to quietly drop charges. No safe zones for violent “protesters” to operate with impunity.
The Calm Before the Storm
When the truth drops, whether it’s about Russiagate, COVID, the 2020 election, or all of the above, the capital will already be locked down and ready.
