I write to share my opinions, thoughts, and research to spark conversation. The response is always humbling, and I’m truly grateful for the support.

This week, Broad + Liberty published my latest piece on Pennsylvania’s upcoming Supreme Court retention votes. On November 4, voters will decide if Justices Donohue, Dougherty, and Wecht deserve another decade on the bench. These aren’t just routine checkboxes, our courts have been central in shaping elections, COVID restrictions, and even redistricting.
