BREAKING: DOJ Under Bondi Agrees to Release Full January 6 Video Archive—Public Access and Permanent Record Secured
In a move that flips the narrative on its head, the DOJ—under Attorney General Pam Bondi—has agreed to release the full video archive of January 6 footage from its prosecutorial system to the Clerk of the Court. That means every frame of video used as evidence against January 6 defendants will now become part of the official court record, permanently accessible to the public.
This wasn’t a political stunt or a media rollout—it was done quietly, through the courts. In fact, as of this writing, I can not find a single reference to it on social media as a whole or in the mainstream news. I was only made aware via a single social media post by Professor David Clements. A man who has worked tirelessly to expose the truth about January 6th.
Chief Judge James Boasberg signed the order. The DOJ has 30 days to deliver a hard drive with all video exhibits from its USAfx database. Once that’s done, anyone can walk into the Clerk’s office and review the footage firsthand.
That’s a serious move toward transparency. And it cuts straight through years of tightly controlled releases, selective leaks, and a narrative that branded anyone near the Capitol that day as an “insurrectionist.”
From the beginning, the Biden-era DOJ overreached—no question. People who never broke anything, never attacked anyone, and never even entered the Capitol were lumped in with violent agitators. Reputations were destroyed. Livelihoods wrecked. All while key evidence was kept behind closed doors, fueling a one-sided story for years.
Now, under Bondi’s leadership, the DOJ has done what the last crew wouldn’t: agreed to put everything on the record. Not just the most dramatic clips. Not just the government’s chosen narrative. Everything.
This also puts pressure on the louder voices online who’ve been hammering Bondi and FBI Director Kash Patel for “not doing enough.” The footage is being released—legally, completely, and into a permanent record. Not through leaks. Not through X, Facebook and Instagram. Through the court. That’s how this should be done.
This is a major win for those of us who’ve called out the DOJ’s abuse of power from day one. The people deserve the truth. Now they’ll finally be able to see it for themselves.
Lots of great news today, so my mind, and fingers, have been busy! Tomorrow on The Conservative Voice we will touch on the coming Primary, our PA legislature and Trump's victorious trip to the Middle East. Be sure to tune in!
